Welcome to VijayAdarsh.com or StayLearning.com, an online and Offline learning platform supplementing the pursuit of academic excellence operated by VijayAdarsh.com. By using VijayAdarsh.com or StayLearning.com, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

  1. Vijay Adarsh (VijayAdarsh.com or StayLearning.com) reserves its right to modify or terminate the service for any reason, without prior notice, without liability to the user or any other members or third party. Vijay Adarsh also reserves the right to modify from time to time without notice. The user agrees to regularly review to keep himself apprised of any such changes.
  2. We reserve the right to provide Demo Video, Sell Course and provide other contents.
  3. We provide Video Tutorials through our Mobile App, which serves as the eLearning platform. You can access all video training sessions and study materials directly within the app. Content may be released in segments over time.
  4. We provide eLearning License for One Device (PC/Computer/mobile) only. If you want to use on multiple PC, Computers or mobile, contact us on contact@vijayAdarsh.com. Also the MAC address of your pc/mobile is registered while installing the application, hence you cannot change PC or Computers/mobile.
  5. The duration of access to the eLearning Application is valid until the upcoming exam for which the course was purchased. Course access will expire after the specified exam date.
  6. No further extensions can be granted for modules delivered on later stages/weeks or for any delays caused.
  7. Fees once paid will not be refunded in any case.
  8. The user agrees that the time limits, if any, stipulated by the site for providing the answers to the queries of the user are only indicative and not definitive. The user understands that the queries of the user may not be answered in a time bound manner due to a high volume of queries at a given point of time.
  9. The user understands that model questions / sample papers / Test Papers / Assignments and its solutions have been prepared by the site based on the limited resources available at its disposal and human errors may inadvertently creep in despite the site’s best efforts. The user agrees not to hold the site responsible for such errors or omissions.
  10. The user agrees that he shall not alter the information, content or material or use of such information, content or material contained on the site for any purpose that constitutes a violation of the copyright of StayLearning or of a third-party information provider. The user agrees not to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute the material in any way for any use without obtaining the prior written consent from Vijay Adarsh.
  11. If the user does not agree to any of the terms mentioned in this agreement, then the user should exit the site through his browser.
  12. Video Tutorials, Assignments, Test Papers, Solutions and Handwritten Notes are available for personal, non-commercial use only. Coaching Institute, Schools, Educational Organisations, Businesses, organizations or other legal entities are strictly debarred.
  13. The user agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.
  14. Vijay Adarsh reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. The user agrees that Vijay Adarsh shall not be liable to the user or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
  15. The site design and the service marks, other logos, products and service names are trademarks. The user agrees not to display or use in any manner, the trademarks of StayLearning and AASS.
  16. No refund or cancellation is permitted once the user has completed a transaction at VijayAdarsh.com for study packages etc.
  17. The Package expires as per the validity suggested at the time they are purchased.
  18. VijayAdarsh.com or StayLearning.com offers tools, resources, and study material intended to support students in their academic progress. While our resources are designed to improve understanding and performance, results may vary based on individual efforts, dedication, and comprehension. The platform does not guarantee any specific grade or outcome, including 90+ marks, solely from the use of its resources.
  19. Our “complete syllabus in 30 to 45 days” offering is a structured program intended to streamline learning and focus on essential topics within a specified timeframe. However, completion within this period depends on the user’s commitment and consistency. Vijay Adarsh does not assume responsibility if the program timeline is not adhered to by the student.
  20. While VijayAdarsh.com or StayLearning.com provides comprehensive study materials and guidance, the ultimate responsibility for preparation and performance in exams lies with the student. We encourage regular practice and utilization of all provided resources for optimal results.
  21. Vijay Adarsh reserves the right to update or modify course materials, video lectures, test papers, and study resources to align with the latest curriculum changes. Students are responsible for accessing updated materials as they become available within their course validity period.
  22. All digital content provided through our services, including videos, notes, and test papers, are licensed for personal, non-transferable use only. Users are prohibited from sharing, distributing, or selling this content to others. Unauthorized use or distribution of our digital content may result in termination of access and legal action.
  23. VijayAdarsh.com or StayLearning.com is not liable for any dissatisfaction with academic outcomes. We provide educational tools to support academic achievement but do not guarantee specific scores, such as 90+ marks, as results depend on individual effort and study habits.
  24. Study materials, video tutorials, and other content are intended strictly for individual student use. Institutions, organizations, or educational businesses are prohibited from using or repurposing our materials for commercial or institutional use without express written consent from Vijay Adarsh.
