    Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, if the order has already been processed or dispatched, the cancellation request may not be accepted.
  • Non-Cancellable Products
    As this product is a study book designed for specific academic use, we generally do not accept cancellation requests once the order is processed. However, if the product you receive is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days for further assistance.
  • Damaged or Defective Products
    If you receive a damaged or defective book, please report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. We will review your request and, upon verification, offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Product Expectations
    If the book you receive differs significantly from your expectations, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it. Our Customer Service team will evaluate your feedback and take the necessary steps to address any issues.
  • Manufacturer’s Warranty
    If your product includes a warranty from the manufacturer, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance with any warranty-related issues.
  • Refunds
    Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
